Let me tell you about my journeys from my perspective. I’m kinda known as “the Boss” around here. I tend to tell the surgeons what to do and where to go… very often… I also always have an audience watching me tell them what to do, so they assume I’m in charge. So, every now and then someone will come up to me and starts asking where to go or start to explain their pain. Anyways, besides that, I’m feeling very overwhelmed and mentally exhausted. I’m learning and seeing things that I would have never known or seen out of these circumstances. But it’s really showing me how much I have and how lucky I am to have a roof over my head and running water. I’m so very thankful for everything, I think this mission is really showing me a side of the world I never really envisioned and it made everything so real. Just to kinda wrap things up, I’m honestly really missing home. Can’t wait to see my friends and my family at home.
